TO BYLAW AMMENDMENTS FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING AGENDA ITEMS

THESE AMMENDMENTS ADDRESS AND RECONFIRM THE VOTING RIGHTS OF THE ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP WHEN IT AFFECTS THE COST OF LCENCING AND FEES FOR ITS MEMBERSHIP TO TRADE IN REAL ESTATE IN THE PROVINCE OF NEW BRUNSWICK

THESE BY-LAWS GO TO THE LEGILSATED RIGHTS OF THE MEMBERSHIPS RIGHT TO VOTE ON MATTERS THAT AFFECT their LICENCE FEES AND THE AUTHORITY THAT THE MEMBERSHIP HAVE WITH RESPECT TO LEGISLATION AND LIMITS THE POWER THAT THE NBREA BOARD CAN EXERCISE WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE MEMBERSHIP

Please find the By Law proposed amendments and explanation as it was submitted to NBREA. The President and NBREA Administration has withheld this information an did not distribute this with the Notice of Meeting as required by the By-Law. The President did promise on many occasions to do this but to date, (in access of 30 days) has not forwarded the information as submitted to the entire membership. The NBREA administration had also been copied and have not distributed the information as this would also be their responsibility as well to comply with the by laws and the Act Also please find agenda item that will be discussed at the Annual Meeting (Trust Account Audits and Charges, Nomination Criteria, Notices for the next Annual Meeting in 2012, NBREA providing financial information to the membership on a quarterly basis.

These items will also be explained further during the NBREA Update as well as part of the agenda of the Annual Meeting
